Can you help with my artwork?

Absolutely. We review all artwork before production and will let you know if any changes are needed. If you're unsure whether your file is print-ready, send it over and we'll take a look before your order moves forward.

Do you charge for artwork changes?

Minor artwork adjustments are included at no charge when files are submitted in one of our accepted formats. If extensive design work is needed, payment for the order is required before any artwork revisions begin. Once your order is paid, you can make revisions until you're happy with the proof.

Do you offer custom design services?

Yes. We offer custom design services for a flat fee of $70. Custom design projects must be paid for before work begins. We'll work with you to create artwork that's ready for production.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF are preferred. We can also work with high-resolution PNG and JPG files.

Can I bring my own apparel?

Yes. Customer-supplied garments are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied items that are damaged during the printing process.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by product and decoration method. Contact us for details and we'll recommend the best option for your project.

Can I order just one shirt?

In many cases, yes. Some decoration methods are better suited for small quantities than others. Contact us with your project details and we'll recommend the best solution.

How long does production take?

Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available depending on the project.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for approval. Production does not begin until the proof has been approved.

Can I mix shirt sizes?

Absolutely. Most orders can include a mix of sizes as long as the design remains the same.

Do you offer team apparel?

Yes. We specialize in team apparel, including jerseys, warmups, fan gear, spirit wear, event shirts, and custom merchandise.

What happens if I don't have artwork?

No problem. We can work from a sketch, logo, photo, or idea. We also offer custom design services to help bring your vision to life.
